Cancellation Policy

Financial Coaching Disclaimer: Coaching is designed to give you accurate and authoritative information with regard to the agreed financial subject matter covered. We are not authorized to render legal, accounting, or other professional advice. Since your situation is fact dependent, you must additionally seek the services of an appropriate licensed legal, accounting, or investment service. Late Payments Payments later than seven business days behind schedule will result in 10% (fee, pausing coaching sessions, etc.). Rescheduling sessions will not change the payment draft date from the original payment plan agreement on Marci Brown’s Light Warrior Coach website. Refund Policy: I do not offer refunds for coaching services as I am a fee-for-time service. I promise that you will get out of the coaching session, what you put into it. Scheduling: For your convenience of scheduling, you will book your coaching sessions in advance at the end of each session, which you will receive an email invite. If you need to reschedule an appointment, you may do so by texting Marci at (720) 556-3243 or email marcibrowncoaching@gmail.com within 24 hours advance notice. Please contact Marci directly if you cannot make your appointment with less than a 24-hour notice. Clients who do not show up for a coaching session more than once within a session package will relinquish the canceled session from their package with no refunds given.
